Photomizer Retro is not your typical image editor. It comes with a remarkable twist: while most image editors are meant to help you enhance, improve, polish, beautify and modernize your photos, Photomizer Retro is meant to let you add a retro, vintage look to your pictures. In order to do that, it reproduces the peculiarities of historic cameras, making your photos look like they’re old, analog images that were just scanned and converted to digital formats.

Photomizer Retro lets you simulate the charm of photos taken with old cameras and black-and-white films, but it also lets you add frames to your photos to enhance their appearance even further. It supports loading and processing raster image file formats like JPG, TIF, BMP, and RAW formats. Unfortunately, it can save only to JPG and BMP files.

This handy tool comes with a pretty simple-to-use interface. Operating it is easy even for beginners, but its interface is not my favorite, as it has some rather unclear areas whose purpose I couldn’t exactly comprehend. I was able to make a photo look retro quite easily anyway, especially since it offers some truly handy editing profiles that can save you a lot of precious time. The fact that it can batch process multiple photos at once also contributes to its time saving properties.

To sum it all up, Photomizer Retro is a really interesting image editing tool that offers an easy and accurate manner of making your photos look both retro and chic.
